Launch Day
What your athlete will experience
โ
Guided discovery
Hands-on challenges, including a blindfold navigation exercise, where athletes find the lesson for themselves.
โ
Build it together
A group build that only works when every athlete leads, listens and owns a piece of the puzzle.
โ
Their own compass
Every athlete leaves with a Navigator's Log Book to chart the next 90 days.
Why in person
The room is the lesson.
Leadership isn't learned from a screen. It's learned when an athlete has to trust a teammate, speak up in a group, and work through a challenge with people right beside them.
Guided discovery in a group. Athletes don't just hear the lesson. They live it, then talk it through together.
Shared experiences. The moments from Launch Day become a common language the group carries into every weekly session.
Face-to-face conversations. Real eye contact, real feedback, no phones. The kind of connection that changes how an athlete shows up for their team.
An online version is in the works for families who can't travel. We all know some things can't be replicated through a screen: seven hours of hands-on challenges, teamwork, and real connection with peers on the same journey.
The format
One launch day. Eight weeks of follow-through.

Questions
What families should know
Who is Expedition Launch for?
High school athletes, ages 14โ17, in any sport. Athletes who want to lead, and athletes who don't see themselves as leaders yet.
What does it cost?
$449 per athlete, all-in, with no added fees at checkout. Book by December 31, 2026 and that rate is locked in for any date, this year or in 2027 (the standard rate is $549). You can pay in full, in 3 payments of $150, or over time with Klarna or Afterpay.
Why do phones go into airplane mode?
Because being present is one of the lessons. For the whole session, phones are powered off or in airplane mode and put away. Fewer distractions means more focus, better conversations, and lessons that are actually understood and remembered.
We've all had an "oops" moment, where one distraction cost us something big. Launch Day is a safe place to learn that early. If a phone comes out or rings during the session, the athlete will be asked to leave and a parent or guardian will be called for pickup. It's a small cost now that can save a much bigger one later, in a game, in school or in life.
Need to reach your athlete? Parents who need to reach their athlete during the day can call the facilitator directly.
